Regional Course on Intellectual Property Rights and Public Health for UNASUR policy makers: Towards an Intellectual Property Regime that Protects Public Health and Patients’ Rights. Buenos Aires, Argentina, 7-11 September 2015.

The course is organized by the South Centre and the Ministry of Health of Argentina, with the support of UNDP Panama’s office, and the collaboration of the University of Buenos Aires. The course is directed by the South Centre for UNASUR policy makers, to assist in the implementation of trade and IP international obligations and national regimes in a manner supportive of public health policies, particularly the right to health.
