IEPI,FLACSO and the South Centre: First International Workshop on Intellectual Property and Public Policies, 25-26 February, 2014

Feb. 25-26, First International Workshop on Intellectual Property and Public Policies, organized by  IEPI and FLACSO, with the cooperation of the South Centre – Attended by Carlos Correa who was requested to give the opening address where he emphasized the need to integrate IP into national strategies. On Feb 27th the government of Ecuador opened for public consultation the text of the new package of IP laws  drafted in the last two years.
