The South Centre in collaboration with the Egyptian Patent Office and the Government of India is organizing a Side Event to the 2019 WIPO Assemblies in Geneva on 4 October 2019. Heads of IP Offices of Egypt and India will join for a panel discussion on the critical importance of robust substantive patent examination in relation to pharmaceutical products from a public health perspective.
