The Annual Forum of Developing Country Investment Negotiators
The South Centre joins the International Institute for Sustainable Development annually in co-organizing the forum for developing country investment negotiators. The forum is a unique space dedicated to discussing current trends and perspectives in regard to international investment agreements, with a focus on developing countries’ experiences and objectives. South Conference “2015 and the South: Preparing for a Year of Uncertainty and International Summits”

The Conference reviewed the present problematic situation of the global economy and how it affected developing countries, as well as the state of multilateral negotiations in trade and other important areas.
